Fantasia "Dance of the Hours" Hyacinth Hippo Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1940).  Sequence of 4 Drawings.  Animating tutu-wearing Hyacinth Hippo in Fantasia was one of the plum assignments given to Preston Blair (1908 - 1995) during his seven-year stay at the Disney Studios. Hyacinth is the polar opposite of Mr. Blair's most famous dancing cartoon creation, Red Hot, but nonetheless charming in her plus-size way! Here's a remarkable drawing of  12 field 5-peghole rough animation drawing of Hyacinth as she gracefully pirouettes around.
