Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of package. Please email us to let us know the package is being returned. Buyers pays shipping both ways. Cost of item will be refunded if I is received back in original condition.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: I would be happy to combine shipping. Cost savings would depend on items being shipped.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Shipping time depends upon type of service chosen. The item will be shipped, from us, no later than 7 days from time of payment.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Please see details in shipping and handling charges of this item. Most of our items are of different sizes and weights. We do not make any money on shipping. We do add a handling charge which is equal to exact cost for materials for the particular package. Insurance is strongly recommended or is required on some items.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do. Please see the listing for individual shipping costs. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up; do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. All Customs Forms will reflect the ACTUAL price that the bidder paid for the merchandise. [For example, I will not claim on the customs form that the bidder paid $10.00, if the bidder actually paid $30.00] Please do not ask us to do so.

Q: How do I know my item is authentic?
A: The Cricket Gallery, has been selling animation art for over 18 years. We have been authorized dealers for all the major studios and have authenticated each piece of art or memorabilia. Many pieces come with their own seals, signatures or certificates of authenticity.

Q: What do I do if I feel something is not right?
A: Email us immediately with your concerns. We will try our best to communicate with you about your concerns and come to a conclusion. If you are still not 100% comfortable with the authenticity after we correspond we will take back the item and issue a refund. You will never insult us by asking.
